Train like the sea
never scared you.
Vikings Club is a strength and conditioning house on the Tangier coastline. No mirrors, no shortcuts — just barbells, bag work, and a community that shows up before sunrise.
Named for the Old Norse víkingr — one who leaves the safety of the shore. We built a club around that instinct.
Vikings Club opened on the Tangier straight with a simple premise: training should feel earned. Members move between strength blocks, conditioning circuits, and hands-on combat work, coached in small groups where form gets corrected in real time, not left to the mirror.
We sit where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic — a city built on crossing thresholds. That's the whole ethos. Every session is a small crossing.
Pronounced VEE-king-er · Old Norse, "one who ventures out"
Three tracks. One standard.
Strength
Barbell-first programming built on squat, press, and pull. Progressive overload tracked block to block — this is where raw capacity gets built.
Conditioning
Interval-based work on rowers, bikes, and sleds. Built to raise your ceiling without wrecking recovery for the next session.
Combat
Boxing and grappling fundamentals for anyone who wants to move with intent. Pad work, live rounds, and technical drilling.

Where the work happens.
"You don't find out what you're made of on the good days. You find out at rep nineteen, on a Tuesday, at six in the morning."
